We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a major European institution in Luxembourg. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic business and technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams in a complex and international environment.
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. 

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings. 

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. 

• Support business process analysis and improvement initiatives. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. 

• Contribute to testing, validation, and implementation activities. 

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide business analysis expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
   

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. 

• In the absence of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Mandatory Experience 

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis. 

• Experience on at least 3 Business Analysis projects. 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking sector. 

• Fluent in English. 

• French would be considered an asset. 

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
