We are currently seeking a senior financial accountant to join the Luxembourg office of a growing international investment group.

Reporting directly to the local Managing Director, the successful candidate will work closely with the existing finance team to support and optimize the recurring operations of the Luxembourg finance function.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding environment. Working within an international investment firm provides exposure to cross-border financial operations.

Tasks :

• Assistance in the preparation of/review of the accounting records
• Reviewing accounting records prepared by the central administration
• Assisting with NAV calculations and investor capital statements
• Preparing individual investor reporting
• Assist with finance tasks for fund-related entities (SPVs, etc..)
• eCDF filings
• Preparation of statutory annual accounts under Luxembourg GAAP
• Support in tax reporting
• Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, central administration, and other stakeholders

Profile :

• Professional experience accounting firms, investment firms or related
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with Demasy software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude and integrity
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset
