Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyse complex functional and technical incidents.
• Identify root causes and assess business impacts.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and external vendors to resolve incidents.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL.
• Maintain incident documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Support Problem Management by identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Produce operational reports and communicate incident status to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across Incident and Problem Management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Incident Management, Functional Analysis, Application Support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Good understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Ability to work in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience within the utilities or energy sector.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working with large-scale business-critical applications.

Languages

• Fluent English.
• French and/or Dutch
