Senior Technical Problem Resolution Lead (m/f/d)

Our client is seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead the resolution of complex technical issues within advanced power electronics products. The position requires strong expertise in root cause analysis, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and effective problem resolution in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:
· Lead the investigation and resolution of complex product issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
· Drive technical reviews and ensure effective escalation management for critical product deviations.
· Act as the primary interface for customer communications regarding major quality and performance concerns.
· Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to management and key stakeholders.
· Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and engineering processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, engineering quality, or technical problem resolution within complex electronic systems.
· Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D and root cause analysis techniques.
· Solid understanding of power electronics, embedded systems, electrical/electronic architectures, and software development lifecycles.
· Experience working with engineering and project management tools such as JIRA, Polarion, and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
