Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising & Product Knowledge
Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and brand history to enrich the customer experience.
Ensure proper labeling, restocking, and display of items.

- Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and advise customers with a personalized approach.
- Execute sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present the brand concept and contribute to customer loyalty (local and international clientele).
- Previous experience in luxury or high-end retail is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer service.
- Fluent in French; English proficiency is often required due to international clientele.

- Team-oriented, dynamic, and detail-focused.
