System Test Lead – Electric Mobility Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced System Test Lead to drive verification and validation activities for next-generation electric mobility products. The role focuses on coordinating system-level testing activities across complex embedded systems, working closely with software, hardware and integration teams in an international engineering environment.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate Verification & Validation activities across the full product lifecycle.
· Define and maintain project test strategies, test plans and release validation plans.
· Coordinate the execution of system, software and hardware testing activities.
· Monitor testing progress and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage defect tracking, root cause follow-up and closure activities.
· Support product releases through validation reporting and test sign-off.
· Participate in technical reviews, customer discussions and audit preparation activities.
· Define test environment requirements and contribute to test bench development.
· Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
· 8+ years of experience in Systems Testing, Validation or Verification activities.
· Experience leading testing activities and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
· Strong understanding of embedded systems and automotive electronics.
· Hands-on experience with HIL-based test environments.
· Knowledge of automotive development processes and requirements-based testing.
· Experience with defect management and test management tools.
· Professional English.
