Our Client

A growing holding group have an exciting new opportunity for a Tax Manager to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate and timely VAT returns and corporate income tax returns.
• Support quarterly and annual tax provisions and deferred tax calculations in line with IFRS.
• Maintain tax records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Interpret local tax laws, treaties, and international tax guidelines (OECD, BEPS, transfer pricing, etc.) and implement as required
• Support tax planning projects to optimize the company's effective tax rate.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of tax data collection, reporting, and planning, in preparation for UAE Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and UAE VAT.
• Partner with external tax advisors and internal teams (finance, legal and operations) to ensure tax efficient transaction structuring.
• Support ERP/system tax configuration to ensure proper indirect tax determination and reporting.

Your Qualifications

• Full qualification is essential (CTA, CPA, CA or ACCA)
• 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting
• Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxes (corporate income tax and VAT).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strategic mindset—you understand how tax intersects with business strategy and can articulate its impact to non-tax stakeholders.
