We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, digital platforms, cloud transformations, and AI-enabled solutions. This role will drive projects from inception through deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, security requirements, regulatory standards, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate combines strong project governance and stakeholder management capabilities with a solid understanding of software delivery, cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, and modern technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational handover.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and change requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, QA, Product, and Operations.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and RAID management processes.
  • Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers to ensure successful delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Track project performance against milestones, budgets, quality metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, technology, compliance, security, and executive leadership teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, scalability, resilience, regulatory, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Lead release planning, go-live readiness, transition to support, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, governance practices, and execution standards.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of overall technology industry experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years managing complex enterprise technology projects or programmes.
  • Proven experience delivering projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and distributed technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
