Role Overview:
As the Arabic Communication Manager, you will be an integral part of our Internal Communication team, leading all communication efforts for the communication division. This role requires exceptional Arabic writing skills, a strong network with local media in the UAE, and experience working closely with ministers on speeches and crafting impactful social media/press release posts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute all internal and external communication strategies for the communication division.
  • Work closely with ministers to craft compelling speeches and collaborate on social media/press release content.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local media in the UAE, ensuring a well-connected and influential presence.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the communication division in various settings.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, culturally relevant content in Arabic.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • UAE National preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on Arabic communication.
  • Exceptional Arabic writing skills with a keen understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Previous experience working with ministers on speechwriting and crafting content for social media/press releases.
  • Strong network and good relationships with local media in the UAE.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
