Job Summary

Seeking a skilled paralegal to join our team, providing essential legal expertise to support our sales team with timely and effective legal advice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong legal skillset and demonstrate proficiency in labor law, aligning with our strategic goal of expanding in the region.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, including gathering facts and performing investigations to fact-check information for diverse cases by searching through public records and other resources provided by clients.
  • Draft and analyse legal documents regarding commercial and labour law matters.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly with a focus on Saudi Arabian law.
  • Collect, compile and utilise technical knowledge and information to make recommendations to attorneys.
  • Prepare affidavits and correspondence, as well as other legal documents such as wills, contracts, briefs, appeals and pleadings.
  • Organise different files for various legal proceedings.
  • Discuss case details with attoerneys and clients.
  • Partake in case management and legal housekeeping.
  • Report to General Counsel.

Qualifications, skills required and personal attributes
  • UAE National with family book.
  • Location: Dubai
  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal position, as well as in contract and labour law. Candidates with experience related to the recruitment industry is preferred.
  • Experience in preparing legal documents.
  • Investigative mind and strong research skills.
  • Practical knowledge working with legal database software.
  • Excellent understanding of legal procedures and terminology in Arabic region.
  • Well-versed in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • English, Arabic, and French is required.
