Role Overview
We are looking for a Front-End Designer to join our R&D team. You will be part of the teamwho designs, builds and maintains our base and custom software solutions (developed on .Net Core C#/Blazor).You will be instrumental in helping the teamenhance the core platform, improving the UI and UXoffered to all our customers, collaborating with team membersto drive development initiatives forward.

Primary Responsibilities
- Define the aesthetics of new software solutions;
- Design and help implementenhanced user experience;
- Participate with business analysts in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification, providing UI/UX expertise and recommendations;
- Accountability for timely implementation of projects and activities.
Expected Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of UI/UX problematics and solutions;
- Excellent front-end development skills;
- Goodaesthetic design skills;
- Natural team player;
- Meticulous with acute attention to detail;
- Ability to tackle complex projects and define workable solutions in pressure situations;
- Self-driven approach and experience in taking initiative and making decisions.
Required Experience
- Minimum two years of applicable working experience (designing and building front-ends);
- Significant experience inHTML, CSS and Java Script;
- Experience with .net and Blazorwould be a distinct advantage.
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to give constructive feedback to improve processes and quality;
