Job Summary
Serving as a member of the sales team, the main two purposes of the Client Executive is to source and select potential candidates for job requirements provided by Halian’s sales team, as well as support the account management of Halian’s key clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as Account Manager for some of Halian’s most important clients.
  • Conduct in person and online meetings with clients to take briefs on new job vacancies.
  • Upsell Halian’s services within these existing clients to increase sales and profitability of each assigned account.
  • Source candidates that have suitable profiles matching to job vacancy requirements provided by members of Halian’s sales team.
  • Conduct Boolean searches on candidate sourcing platforms such as Job Boards, LinkedIn and Halian’s internal CRM system.
  • Conduct interviews with candidate to assess their suitability for the particular job vacancy that you are working on, through telephone, video call or in-person where appropriate.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team discuss candidate’s suitability for live job vacancies.
  • Generate leads for the sales team to follow up on.
  • Track all activity on Halian’s internal CRM system and ensure 100% compliance is met achieved.
  • Where required, help mentor and train new joiners and members of the Talent. Acquisition team.

Qualifications
  • A university degree is preferable but not essential.
  • A good degree of competence with MS Office.
  • A good knowledge of how job boards and LinkedIn work.

Skills Required
  • 2+ years experience working in an Account Management role.
  • Experience managing stakeholders with high expectations.
  • Experience in meeting senior level individuals face to face and building strong client relationships.
  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition or Resourcing role previously would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of how to conduct complex Boolean searches would be advantageous.
  • Experience interviewing candidates over telephone, video call or in-person.
  • A strong negotiator, particularly when it comes to discussing financials.
  • A knowledge of one of the following industries would be advantageous:
    • Technology
    • Digital
    • Finance
  • Experience working in the Middle East would be advantageous.
