Job Summary
As a Halian Enterprise Key Account Manager, you will made responsible for managing and navigating new as well as existing stakeholders in a group of prestigious accounts to gain new opportunities for the business. You will be building and strengthening senior relationships offering solutions to clients’ needs. One of your prime responsibilities will be to manage a set of large enterprise accounts. Within this role, you will gain the amazing opportunity to grow relationships with respected technology leaders within multiple regions such as the UAE, KSA & Qatar.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be the senior point of contact for any client escalation or need that arises.
  • Using various outbound sales methods, identify and meet with new and existing senior decision makers.
  • Ensure good relationships and communication with a large internal team of internal consultants.
  • Create and execute detailed account plans to expand and farm large enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Delivery team to ensure that all live requirements are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Provide guidance and support to recruiters to meet client expectations.
  • Grow the annual revenue of each given account through cross selling of Halian services.
  • Manage and track multiple opportunities across a selection of key accounts.
  • Host and organise corporate events or social events for customers with the support of Directors and Marketing.

Skills Required
  • 5+ years of experience working within account management/outbound sales experience within Recruitment.
  • A proven track record in delivering against and beyond a yearly budget or sales.
  • A good knowledge of how to develop, manage and attain customer relationships.
  • Negotiation skills coupled with the ability to be creative and flexible
  • Able to prioritise, manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with multiple customers’ needs across a range of verticals.

  • Arabic speaking skills would be an advantage but not a necessity.
