A well-established Cyber Security company based in the UAE are looking for a Network Security Automation Engineer. 

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for network security using Palo Alto Networks technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop automation strategies.
3. Configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including next-generation firewalls, Panorama, and other related security products.
4. Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and workflows to automate routine security tasks and processes.
5. Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
6. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation actions.
7. Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams on Palo Alto Networks products and solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in network security and automation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in network security, with a focus on automation and Palo Alto Networks technologies.
3. Palo Alto Networks certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
4. Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
5. Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewall platforms, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
6. Solid understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
7. Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a plus.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
