Our client a leading bank in Abu Dhabi
Your Responsibilities
The role must execute the following core responsibilities:
Data Integration:
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Data Integration
Studio.
• Create and optimize data workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Data Architecture Design:
• Collaborate with data architects to design and implement data models, data
warehouses, and data lakes.
• Ensure data architecture aligns with business requirements and scalability needs.
Administration:
• Administer and maintain environments, including Metadata Server, Workspace Server,
and related components.
• Manage security, access controls, and user permissions within the ecosystem.
Data Governance and Quality:
• Implement data governance policies and standards to ensure data accuracy and
consistency.
• Develop and maintain metadata repositories for data lineage and impact analysis.
Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize environments and data integration processes for performance
and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Training:
• Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, data architecture, and
integration processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in SAS Data Integration and Architecture.
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in SAS Data Integration and Architecture.
• Experience in SAS Data Integration Studio and SAS Metadata Server.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and
data governance.
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
• SAS Certified Data Integration Developer
• Azure Data Engineering Associate
