As a Halian's Operations Manager, You will act as the focal point for onboarding escalations and Employee Visa escalations between Sales, HR and Immigration.
You will be expected to build a process to monitor and track all onboarding and offboarding processes, Keep on top of Halians Commercial and Compliance Reviews and Customer Onboarding.

As a Halian's Operations Manager, You will act as the focal point for onboarding escalations and Employee Visa escalations between Sales, HR and Immigration.
You will be expected to build a process to monitor and track all onboarding and offboarding processes, Keep on top of Halians Commercial and Compliance Reviews and Customer Onboarding.
Other Duties:
Sales Operations:
- Customer on boarding – RFP, Registration reviews
- Sales enablement
- Operational escalations across all areas
- Workflow management between teams
- Manage new client onboarding with sales directors
- Forecast and Sales budget Management
- Commercial legal review on all MSA’s, SOW, WQ’s
- Maintain preparedness on new regulations, compliance rules and other statutory text coming into force
- Risk management on legal escalations with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Contract amendment on Halian policies/contracts to ensure risks are mitigated.
Others:
- Input into strategic agenda to understand/execute strategy better
- Participation in monthly business reviews
- Financial analysis to support decisions, review trends, present insights
- Audit of contracts and processes
- Manage Halian Office rental agreements and purchases (3 offices in UAE, 1 Qatar, 1 KSA, 1 Abu Dhabi
