Head of Infrastructure and Operations 

Our client is a leading financial services company who is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the Head of Infrastructure and Operations on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing infrastructure services in the Saudi Arabia (KSA), managing a small team of infrastructure engineers. This role will require collaboration with peers across various infrastructure functions, ensuring seamless operations not only in KSA but also across other regions. The Head of Infrastructure and Operations will be responsible for addressing production-related issues, ranging from infrastructure to application issues, while liaising with the CIO Platform Development team for swift resolutions. Additionally, this role will involve extensive interaction with local clients, including banks and fintech firms, to uphold contractual obligations and SLAs, as well as drive permanent solutions for client issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure services in KSA, collaborating with peers across six infrastructure functions.
• Address production-related issues, coordinating with the CIO Platform Development team for resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs when interacting with local clients.
• Drive permanent solutions for client issues, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Manage a small team of infrastructure engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within infrastructure and operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
