Agent Helpdesk (m/f/d)

Our client is currently preparing for a migration project involving the deployment of Windows Autopilot with full Entra ID integration for all users. To support this initiative, we are looking for a L1 Helpdesk who can assist end-users and perform device provisioning/swipe alongside them.

Please fine below the key competencies and requirements for the profiles we are looking for:

Technical Skills
  • Knowledge and first experience with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune for device deployment and enrolment.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365  (Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 provisioning, troubleshooting, and user support.

Soft Skills
  • Strong user support and communication skills to guide users through the migration process.
  • Ability to create or deliver user training and document common issues and resolutions.
  • Flexible and problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to a VIP environment.

Certifications (Nice to Have)
  • AZ-900 : Azure Fundamental
  • ITIL Foundation
