Our client is currently preparing for a migration project involving the deployment of Windows Autopilot with full Entra ID integration for all users. To support this initiative, we are looking for a L1 Helpdesk who can assist end-users and perform device provisioning/swipe alongside them.

Technical Skills
- Knowledge and first experience with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune for device deployment and enrolment.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams).
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 provisioning, troubleshooting, and user support.
Soft Skills
- Strong user support and communication skills to guide users through the migration process.
- Ability to create or deliver user training and document common issues and resolutions.
- Flexible and problem-solving mindset, able to adapt to a VIP environment.
Certifications (Nice to Have)
- AZ-900 : Azure Fundamental
- ITIL Foundation
