?Key Responsibility 

• Own the end-to-end architecture for our platform: Java-based microservices, a React web 

• portal, and React Native mobile apps, all running on Azure. 

• Design clean, reliable service boundaries, APIs, and data flows that scale as our user base 

• grows. 

• Guide squads on coding standards, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native best practices. 

• Review pull requests and proofs-of-concept, keeping an eye on performance, security, and 

• simplicity. 

• Partner with product, UX, and DevOps to turn fuzzy ideas into elegant, ship-ready solutions. 

• Coach developers—pair programming, lunch-and-learns, architecture diagrams on 

• whiteboards (or Figma). 

• Stay ahead of the curve: evaluate new Azure services, Java frameworks, and front-end tooling, 

• and pitch what’s worth adopting. 

Core Qualifications 

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ as an architect or lead. 

• Deep Java chops (Spring Boot or Quarkus) and a track record of slicing monoliths into 

• microservices. 

• Production experience with React and React Native, plus a solid grasp of TypeScript. 

• Comfortable with Azure PaaS—App Service, AKS or Container Apps, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, 

• and ARM/Bicep or Terraform. 

• CI/CD know-how (GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines), plus monitoring skills with App 

• Insights/Grafana. 

• Strong communicator who can translate tech talk into plain English for stakeholders. 

Nice to have 

• Event-driven designs (Kafka, Event Grid) 

• Mobile release pipelines (App Center, EAS) 

• Experience in healthcare or high-growth B2B SaaS
