Are you passionate about driving legal developments and growth projects? We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in our life insurance policies migration project.
Your Responsibilities:
Analysis:
- Dive deep into product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance policies migration.
- Define and formalize requirements according to top-notch quality standards.
- Identify and assess the process impacts of migrating individual life insurance policies.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT to ensure seamless understanding and collaboration.
Testing:
- Prepare and execute comprehensive process and calculation tests to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Monitoring:
- Act as the vital link between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of your activities.

Your Profile:
- Expertise in individual life insurance products and processes: Your deep knowledge in “Classique” products and life insurance migrations is imperative.
- Proven experience: You have a successful track record as a Business Analyst.
- Commitment to quality and deadlines: You possess a "can-do" attitude and flexibility.
- Autonomous and proactive: You excel in finding solutions and obtaining necessary information.
- Educational background: A university degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the life insurance sector.
- Methodology: Familiarity with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
- Language skills: Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Personal traits: Structured, organized, pragmatic, adaptable, and a quick learner.
- Detail-oriented: Capable of finding the effective level of abstraction based on context.
- Communication skills: Effective with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.).
- Client and results-oriented: You are driven by achieving excellent results for clients.
