Job Title: Communications and Engagement Manager

The EMEA Applications Communications and Engagement team delivers executive communications, sales enablement and employee experience programs that instill a sense of pride in the organization, a determination to succeed and a laser focus on our customers’ needs. We are looking for an experienced and skilled internal communications manager to work within our regional team based in Dubai to help expand and accelerate the excellent growth the region enjoys and create new and innovative campaigns and programs that engage the team fully in delivering the region’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Communications Director and relevant stakeholders to develop and execute a multi-channel communications strategy for internal audiences.
• Manage a set of strategic communication initiatives, engaging the right stakeholders and resources as needed – from ideation to planning, implementation and reporting.
• Develop targeted digital assets and content for different channels including announcements, Slack posts, presentations, templates, images, infographics, portal content, videos, references and collateral.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in managing communications projects and creating content for both digital and traditional channels.
• Ability to operate at all levels and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong project management skills.
