A leading organization is looking for a Compliance Officer with knowledge on risk mitigation and AML regulations in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure risk management & due diligence
• Maintained KYC and documents and ensured customer verification.
• Monitor transactions and report to authorities.
• Review policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory requirements.
• Instil a compliance culture
• Comply with information security policies, procedures, and requirements always

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conducting compliance inspections and audits, with proven success in achieving business excellence and implementing best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE laws, licensing, and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management
• In-depth understanding of UAE regulations, processes, and systems related to compliance and anti-money laundering
• Strong customer focus and meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in data protection
