Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-complexity transactional accounting or banking activities to ensure proper data management.
  • Handle high-complexity cases in your work domains to provide effective administrative support to the unit and internal and external clients.
  • Perform quality controls such as checking and validating accounting or banking transactions in your areas of activity.
  • Ensure the proper management of "master data" databases (existing databases within the Global Service Organization (GSO) covering your activities) and perform necessary checks on the work done by Administrators I and II to ensure excellent information quality in line with defined standards and criteria.
  • Participate in the implementation of IT tools and applications, perform "user tests," and act as a key user for one or more applications to ensure the operational functionality of tools and applications.
  • As the person responsible for a limited number of standard complexity processes, propose improvements to processes and procedures in your work domains, develop and implement procedural changes, and contribute to internal improvement projects to ensure the team's smooth operation.
  • Resolve unexpected problems in your areas of activity to ensure the team's smooth operation.
  • Act as a contact person and helpdesk collaborator for your work domains, provide advice on high-complexity cases, and ensure ticketing follow-up for your team to adequately respond to internal and external clients' requests and needs.
  • Provide support and share your expertise with Administrators I and II.

Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Language skills:
    • Good knowledge of a second language.
    • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Required technical knowledge for the role:
    • In-depth knowledge of office applications and financial applications.
    • In-depth knowledge of BGAAP accounting.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial products in your domains.
    • In-depth knowledge of common IT applications.
    • In-depth knowledge of current regulations and procedures.
