Job Title: Data Privacy Consultant
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive data privacy policies and procedures in compliance with international and Saudi regulations, including GDPR and Saudi PDPL.
- Conduct thorough data privacy assessments and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on data privacy matters to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced data privacy tools such as BigID, OneTrust, and others to manage and protect sensitive information.
- Monitor and report on data privacy compliance, incidents, and breaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data privacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Train and educate employees on data privacy principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data privacy is integrated into all business processes and projects.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on data privacy status and improvements to senior management.
- Respond to data privacy inquiries and complaints from customers and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data privacy concepts and regulations, including GDPR and Saudi PDPL.
- Hands-on experience with data privacy tools such as BigID and OneTrust
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing data privacy projects and initiatives.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with data privacy impact assessments and risk management strategies.
