Job Purpose
Drive commercialization and business activation of AI models, transforming traditional banking operations into digital, AI-first frameworks while ensuring measurable business value and monetization.
Key Accountabilities
• AI Commercialization: Lead strategy for activating and monetizing existing AI models, focusing on business value rather than model development
• Digital Transformation: Transform traditional banking models into digital, data-driven frameworks that enable AI-first operations
• Business Activation: Collaborate with business units to identify AI monetization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions
• Value Realization: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure AI model performance and business impact, ensuring continuous optimization
• Strategic Alignment: Work with technology and business teams to embed AI capabilities into existing products and create new revenue streams
Required Experience
• 5+ years in data commercialization, AI product management, or digital transformation roles
• Proven track record in monetizing data/AI products (not developing AI models)
• Experience transforming traditional business models into digital frameworks
• Background in fintech, financial services, or data-driven organizations
