Enterprise Architect - Banking (m/f/d)
A leading organization specializing in innovative financial solutions. The company is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to oversee technology and architecture transformation across various domains.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee tech and architecture transformation mainly in domains like Payment, CRM, Core Banking, Islamic Banking, and Digital channels.
- Work as part of the Enterprise Architecture team, reporting to the Head of EA (Chief Architect).
- Review and prioritize projects based on business and IT needs for the next quarter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business goals.
- Facilitate regular demos and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Strong soft skills, banking knowledge, and a solid technical foundation.
- Experience with core banking systems, EA tools (Mega, LeanIx), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Ideally certified in TOGAF and cloud architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive solutions and manage complex projects.
