Our Client:

Our client, a leading holding company in KSA are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team.

To manage and oversee all financial activities of the holding company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across the group and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Oversight:

  • Manage treasury matters and banking relationships to secure the necessary facilities.

  • Consolidate financial statements and reports from all business units.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the development of financial models and long-term business plans.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, investments, and funding needs.

3. Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

  • Establish and maintain internal controls and risk management policies.

4. Cash Flow & Risk Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

  • Manage financial risks, banking relationships, tax planning, and treasury functions.

5. Support Corporate Governance:

  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and executive committees.

  • Support the transformation into a centralized, well-governed corporate structure.

6. Systems & Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement standardized financial policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and reporting tools.

  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation in the finance function.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred).

  • 7–10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a holding/group company structure.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation practices.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with family business structures/corporate structures and FMCG/apparel sectors preferred.
