Head of AI (Sales and BD) (m/f/d)
A leading cybersecurity integrator, transforming the industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. The organization is currently seeking a Head of AI (Sales & Business Development) to drive sales and build its AI division.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business development, selling AI-powered cybersecurity solutions across the GCC.
- Assemble and lead a high-performing team.
- Engage with C-level executives and develop strategic sales plans.
- Sell into multiple sectors and cross-sell into existing accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through the candidate’s connections.
- Adapt and carry the company vision to expand and deliver AI solutions to the local market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record selling AI/ML solutions in the GCC region.
- Strong enterprise tech sales background.
- Experience building and leading teams in current and previous positions.
- Strategic thinker with C-level engagement skills.
- Growth mindset for the company; someone who’s established an AI function in the past.
- Go-getter attitude capable of building from scratch.
Top 5 Non-Negotiable Skills Required in This Role:
- AI/ML sales experience in the Saudi market.
- Senior level hire doing business development at a strategic level in their current role.
- Strong enterprise sales background.
