Mandatory Qualifications ? Master degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or other relevant field (in the absence of a Master degree in the relevant field, demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years can be accepted). ? Proficiency in English (at least C1) Mandatory Experience ? At least 5 years of experience working in Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Business Management ? At least 5 years of experience leading cross functional projects within Financial institutions ? At least 5 years of experience leading regulatory projects ? At least 5 years of experience in business analysis in large financial organizations ? At least 3 years working on and analysing core banking processes with good understanding of the banking value chains and core processes Preferred Qualifications/Experience ? Experience in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, with the ability to handle complexity and manage multiple requests ? Good understanding of DORA requirements particularly for ICT Third Party Management ? Experience in EBA guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements implementation ? Experience in business process modelling ? Communicate effectively, analytical thinking and problem solving ? Provides cohesive and understandable documentation ? Good knowledge of Office package and Sharepoint
