We are seeking a senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network and security infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role involves daily checks, monitoring, incident resolution, and lifecycle management of network and security devices.

- Management of Network and Security Devices: Oversee the operation and maintenance of all network and security devices, including Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ESA, Cisco Videoconferencing solutions, Citrix Netscaler, F5 Loadbalancer, Checkpoint Firewall, Fortinet Fortimanager and Fortigate, Infoblox, Zscaler, Radius server NPS, SIEM Splunk, and Meinberg NTP server.
- Daily Infrastructure Checks: Perform routine checks to ensure the stability and performance of the network infrastructure.
- Service Monitoring: Continuously monitor all network services to detect and resolve issues promptly.
- Incident Resolution: Address hardware-related incidents (e.g., switch replacement) and resolve Layer 2 and Layer 3 network and security incidents.
- Request Processing: Handle requests related to all network and security services.
- Lifecycle Management: Apply patches and upgrades to network and security devices to ensure they are up-to-date and secure.
- Project Support: Collaborate with other teams on projects that impact network and security, providing necessary support and expertise.
- Operating Procedures: Create and update operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient network operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Network Engineer.
- Proficiency in managing and configuring Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ESA, Cisco Videoconferencing solutions, Citrix Netscaler, F5 Loadbalancer, Checkpoint Firewall, Fortinet Fortimanager and Fortigate, Infoblox, Zscaler, Radius server NPS, SIEM Splunk, and Meinberg NTP server.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles.
- Experience with incident resolution and lifecycle management of network devices.
- Ability to monitor and analyze network performance and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
