Team Info:

• 7 Project Managers
• Supports capital investment projects to increase manufacturing capacity at our client, including sourcing, contract management, engineering services, equipment procurement, and construction works.

Experience Required:

• 3 to 8 years (open to senior profiles)
• Experience in engineering, construction, and equipment procurement within a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar
• Familiarity with CAPEX projects
• Good interpersonal skills and innovative mindset

Language Requirements:

• English and French

Responsibilities:

• Perform procurement activities, including bidding, budget preconstruction, and scope of work for MEP
• Lead and coordinate procurement packages with the project team
• Handle RFI/RFQ processes and perform commercial analysis of bids
• Set up contractual agreements with the legal department
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure sustainability criteria and communicate progress

Required Skills:

• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret contractual and technical documents
• Knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and process equipment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
