We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is open to travel to KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects, ensuring their successful delivery, and closely coordinating with senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of delivering IT transformation projects.
• Must have successfully led Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably within the insurance sector.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC market is highly desirable.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations at various levels.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage interactions between internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with IT stakeholders for daily operations, IT service delivery, and project execution.
• Manage, monitor, and track projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain risk & issue logs, proactively highlighting and mitigating risks.
• Prepare dashboards & project documentation, ensuring IT initiatives are well-documented and aligned with organizational reporting structures.
• Define roles & responsibilities within the project team to ensure clarity in expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service providers meet performance KPIs.
• Support business & IT alignment, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders.

• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed.
• Ensure IT teams follow agile best practices while maintaining flexibility for traditional project management approaches where required.
• Remove blockers and optimize workflows for IT project teams.
• Consult with internal teams on process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ensure effective reporting and analytics, tracking the velocity and impact of IT projects.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of insurance industry processes, particularly in the Saudi market.
