New Opportunity : Project Manager - Telephony System ! 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to join our Transformation team. You will be part of a 16-member team that includes transformation leads, business analysts, change/lean leads, a BPM expert, a strategy manager, and a transformation analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to manage projects throughout our digital transformation journey, with a particular emphasis on new technologies and customer experiences.

Your specific focus will be on selecting and implementing a new telephony system, as well as collecting data on prospects and tied agents within our systems. This assignment is expected to last one year, with the possibility of a six-month extension.

Project Management & Delivery

  • You will be accountable for scoping, defining requirements (in collaboration with the business analyst), planning, creating business cases, problem-solving, and managing risks and issues, particularly in the context of telephony systems for our customer service department.
  • You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting all specified requirements.
  • You will structure project implementation according to the Stage Gate Model.
  • You will monitor and report on progress, both internally and to the Group, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • You will present to the steering committee and ensure the involvement of sponsors and other stakeholders.
  • You will promote effective collaboration among project team members to achieve successful outcomes.
  • You will plan activities and tasks for stakeholders, with a focus on delivery.

Transformation Expertise & Development

  • You will contribute to the development of our center of excellence for transformation management by actively participating in knowledge sharing and the development of functional domains and roles.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Education and Experience: A Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in program/project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering transformation projects.
  • Structured and Result-Oriented Approach: A structured and result-oriented way of working related to project execution.
  • Methodologies and Background: Knowledge of project management, insurance, business casing, risk management, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Deadline Handling: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at various hierarchical levels (from operations to C-level) and in an international context, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
