We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/AC Functional Consultant to support and enhance financial operations within an SAP ECC environment. As part of the Delivery squad, the consultant will focus on accurate accounting, real-time reporting, and seamless coordination between finance and technical teams. This role combines hands-on configuration, support ticket resolution, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Analyze business needs in accounting and reporting, translating them into SAP ECC FI/AC configurations.  
- Resolve operational issues such as closing errors, reconciliation mismatches, and incorrect postings.  
- Identify and implement improvements in ledger management, cost allocation, and financial insights.  
- Support end-users with training and guidance on updated or new financial processes.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure finance solutions align with broader enterprise goals.

Required Skills & Experience:  
- Minimum 5 years of SAP ECC FI and AC consulting experience.  
- Deep understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and enterprise reporting.  
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.  
- Comfortable working in Agile sprints and Waterfall methodologies for SAP project delivery.
