We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong financial services/insurance industry expertise and a drive for process improvement. In this role, you will analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and foster operational excellence throughout the value chain, encompassing brokers/customers, distribution, underwriting, claims, policy operations, finance, and customer service teams. You will spearhead initiatives to streamline end-to-end processes, enhance customer experience, and ensure adherence to regulations.

Job Description:

• Map and analyse business processes across various operational functions.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
• Develop clear documentation: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, customer journey maps.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with senior to mid-level internal/external stakeholders and technical teams.
• Track performance metrics to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are integrated into procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector.
• Proven background in process reengineering and operational optimization.
• Expertise in Microsoft 360, Visio, and similar tools.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMI-PBA are advantageous.
• Proficient in the application of 7QC tools.
• Preferred - Experience with core insurance systems (Policy Administration, Claims, Billing).
• Basic understanding of UAE insurance regulations and regional compliance frameworks.
