JOB OVERVIEW
Drive business activation and monetization of AI models. Transform traditional banking models into digital, AI-first frameworks while focusing on AI commercialization rather than model development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Transform existing AI models into commercial business solutions
• Develop AI-powered banking product specifications
• Convert traditional models into digital, AI-first frameworks
• Identify AI monetization opportunities across business units
• Track ROI and commercialization success of AI implementations
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 5+ years in AI commercialization, data monetization, or digital transformation
• Focus: AI business activation and monetization (NOT model development)
• Track record in transforming traditional models into digital frameworks
• Financial services AI commercialization experience preferred
Skills:
• AI commercialization strategies expertise
• Digital and data-first mindset
• Business value creation through AI activation
• Revenue model development knowledge
• Organizational AI-first transformation experience
Key Focus:
• AI Commercialization (not development)
• Business activation of existing AI capabilities
• Digital framework transformation
• Data-first mindset with monetization focus
