Senior Digital Global Product Owner - Retail Banking (m/f/d)

Job Purpose
Manage global digital platforms roadmap for retail banking, organizing and coordinating business and engineering teams across all mobile applications and websites covering accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans. Drive market leadership through data-driven insights and emerging digital solutions while delivering measurable ROI.
Key Accountabilities
• Executive Leadership: Manage 7-10 direct reports across 60-75 person global teams, overseeing performance management, recruitment, and development of skilled business and engineering professionals
• Strategic Roadmap Management: Coordinate hybrid business and technology tribes across retail banking domains, ensuring seamless delivery of accounts, deposits, payments, cards, and loans solutions
• Financial Oversight: Manage substantial budget of $8-9M Capex and $1.3-2.7M Opex, monitoring ROI and ensuring financial and non-financial OKRs are met
• Global Transformation: Drive large-scale organizational change through digital transformation projects, implementing best practices across retail banking operations
• Design Excellence: Oversee implementation of digital visual standards across all retail banking touchpoints, ensuring consistency and premium user experience
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver comprehensive retail banking digital solutions
Required Experience
• 10+ years in business, strategy, IT or consulting with 5+ years executive management experience
• Deep expertise in retail banking domains: accounts, deposits, payments, cards, loans
• Experience from fintech, neobanks, digital banks, or traditional banking with extensive digital transformation leadership
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation projects
