Senior Digital Product Owner - Data & AI Commercialization (m/f/d)

Job Purpose
Lead strategic commercialization and business activation of AI models, driving transformation of traditional banking into AI-first digital frameworks while ensuring measurable business value, monetization, and organizational change.
Key Accountabilities
• AI Strategy Leadership: Drive comprehensive strategy for activating and monetizing AI models across the organization, focusing on business transformation rather than model development
• Digital Transformation: Lead large-scale transformation of traditional banking models into digital, AI-first frameworks, managing 4-6 product owners across 15-30 person teams
• Business Value Creation: Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and implement AI monetization opportunities, developing metrics to measure business impact and ROI
• Organizational Change: Coach teams on data-first mindset adoption, ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into existing products while creating new revenue streams
• Strategic Investment: Manage substantial budgets for AI commercialization initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable business outcomes
Required Experience
• 7+ years in data commercialization, AI product leadership, or digital transformation at senior levels
• Proven track record monetizing data/AI products and leading organizational transformation
• Experience managing large teams focused on business model transformation
• Background in fintech, financial services, or data-driven organizations with leadership responsibilities
