Currently on the lookout for Senior Systems Administrators for 12 month extendable contract in Sharjah. My client are a Government Entity so you will work a 4 day week Mon-Thur. Out of hours will be needed for this role on rare occasions

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex, high-availability on-premises infrastructures.
- Manage enterprise operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).
- Perform system hardening, patch management, and performance optimization.
- Establish and oversee disaster recovery, backup strategies, and monitoring solutions.
- Enforce system-level security configurations aligned with organizational policies.
- Mentor junior administrators and drive operational excellence.
