SOC Manager SOAR (m/f/d)

We are seeking a SOC Manager to manage and enhance security monitoring and incident response capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of security processes and mentor a dedicated security team.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily security operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and coverage of security events.
  • Oversee the detection, investigation, and response to security incidents.
  • Coordinate security incident responses with internal and external teams.
  • Develop and implement security processes, procedures, and incident response playbooks.
  • Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify potential security risks.
  • Lead forensic investigations and post-incident reviews to improve security posture.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience managing security operations teams.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with incident response and forensic investigations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and frameworks.
