We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into interactive, user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and visually appealing user experiences.

- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems into high-quality, responsive code.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle.
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design and front-end development.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and usability principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive mockups.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Ability to conduct and apply findings from user research and usability testing.
- Experience with TypeScript and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
