Job Title: Strategic Account Executive – Spain / Iberia
Our client operates the world's largest Software Defined Network (SDN) platform, connecting customers to over data centres wordwide. With ARR growing 20%+ year-on-year and over $400M recently raised to fuel global expansion, the company is now investing heavily in Southern Europe — and looking for a commercially sharp, sales professional to lead its entry into Spain and own the Iberia territory.
This is a rare opportunity to define a market rather than inherit one which is ideal for a self-starter who wants full ownership over how a region takes shape, backed by a well-capitalized, fast-scaling global platform.
Responsibilities

  • Co-own the Iberia go-to-market strategy end-to-end, driving new logo acquisition and establishing the company as a category leader in the region
  • Architect and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem — recruiting and enabling resellers, system integrators, service providers, and data centre partners to accelerate reach and revenue
  • Drive net-new pipeline generation through strategic prospecting, building relationships that convert into long-term enterprise partnerships
  • Run sophisticated, multi-threaded sales cycles — aligning technical stakeholders and C-suite executives around measurable business outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to design tailored solutions that solve real infrastructure challenges and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene, bringing the operational rigor needed to scale a territory sustainably
Qualifications and Skills
  • A track record of building and scaling channel partnerships within a new or emerging market
  • True hunter mentality — comfortable self-generating pipeline and closing enterprise deals independently
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex deals with significant contract values
  • Confidence navigating enterprise procurement cycles and engaging with large, matrixed organizations
  • Fluent, consultative communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Strong CRM discipline and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment
Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to €160,000
  • 60% base / 40% variable structure
  • Uncapped commission
  • Equity/long-term incentive component included
