Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Temenos T24 (Transact) modules through parameterization (products, accounts, payments, limits, etc.)
• Translate business and functional requirements into T24 configuration changes
• Work closely with Business Analysts and functional teams to implement solutions aligned with banking processes
• Perform product setup, table configuration and rule definition within T24 environments
• Support customization using standard T24 tools (versions, enquiries, local tables, routines where applicable – light scripting only)
• Execute and support system testing (SIT/UAT), including defect analysis and resolution
• Ensure data consistency and integrity during configuration changes and deployments
• Participate in releases, upgrades, and environment management (DEV/UAT/PROD)
• Assist in incident resolution and production support for T24-related issues
• Document configurations, processes, and changes to ensure maintainability and audit compliance

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Temenos T24 / Transact in a configuration or application support role
• Strong understanding of T24 parameterization (products, customer, accounts, payments, etc.)
• Good knowledge of core banking processes (retail, corporate, payments, lending)
• Familiarity with T24 tools such as Version, Enquiry, Browser, COB processes
• Basic exposure to TAFJ / TAFC environments and T24 architecture is a plus
• Ability to read and understand functional & technical specifications (no heavy coding required)
• Some knowledge of InfoBasic or scripting is a plus, but not core requirement
• Experience with testing phases (SIT, UAT) and production support
• Understanding of interfaces and integrations with surrounding systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to collaborate with both functional and technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English
