Business Analyst - Oracle Cloud HCM (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Business Analyst senior in Oracle Cloud HCM to join our client, a financial institution in Luxembourg.
Tasks
- Documentation of business and functional requirement
- Solution design, validation and user adoption
Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in business analysis and testing
- 7 + years of relevant working experience
- 3 years of experience as a functional consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (assignment, workforce structures, position synchronization, self-service Journeys/guided journeys, workflows, document of records, base compensation, salary basis, progression grade ladders, grade rates, etc)
- Oracle HCM Security (Areas of responsibility, Data Roles, Auditing)
- Data analysis, data migration, mass uploads (HDL, Spreadsheet Loader)
- Integration between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems
- Team oriented with excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge or previous experience with PeopleSoft HCM as an implementor or functional system administrator will be a plus
