Act as a business advisor to stakeholders on securities-related processes and system capabilities

Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory constraints

Translate business needs into:
- Functional specifications
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- User stories / test scenarios

Provide expertise on securities domain, including:
- Equities, bonds, funds, derivatives
- Corporate actions lifecycle (dividends, coupons, splits, redemptions)
- Trade lifecycle (order → execution → settlement → reconciliation)

Conduct gap analysis and solution design, proposing improvements and best practices across systems and processes

Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system functionalities (e.g., T24, Avaloq, or other core banking platforms)

Define and execute functional testing activities, including:
- Test strategy and planning
- Test case design and execution
- SIT / UAT coordination
- Defect management and resolution

Validate end-to-end business scenarios, ensuring system changes meet business and regulatory expectations

Support regulatory and reporting requirements (e.g., MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, FATCA, etc.)

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities

Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment
