A leading organization operating in a complex and technology-driven environment is seeking a Senior Tech Lead CRM Dynamics to join its Sales and Marketing technology domain. The company is focused on delivering scalable digital solutions and modern customer engagement platforms while embracing Agile ways of working and enterprise architecture best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and act as the main technical authority for the CRM development team.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments.
- Translate business requirements, epics, features, and user stories into robust technical designs and solution architectures.
- Coordinate technical delivery across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with development standards and enterprise architecture principles.
- Oversee code reviews, technical validations, troubleshooting activities, and adherence to DevOps best practices.
- Manage platform integrations, deployment activities, and the overall stability and maintainability of the CRM ecosystem.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within Sales and Marketing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and application security principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
