The Opportunity: Are you a qualified and proficient Data Scientist with the proven ability to drive business growth & operational efficiency? We need your skills to develop and deliver diverse data products across the company—including, but not limited to, recommendation engines, predictive models, business-logic automation and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Scientist, you will apply data mining & statistical analysis techniques like hypothesis testing, segmentation and modelling to analyze large volume data in order to drive business optimization & enhance product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Functional
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and generate business insights relevant to business goals.
Maintain complex data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Use emerging technologies such as machine learning & AI and advanced programming to derive insights from large datasets.
Apply data science, mathematical and statistical techniques, and cognitive/decision science to drive business intelligence reports for management.
Co-develop research plans, implement models and monitor outcomes by collaborating with different departments and business stakeholders in order to help shape the research approach and potential output.
Leverage the data received from the data analytics team and use them in conjunction with current organizational dynamics to develop transformational business intelligence solutions.
Work with content developers to translate research insights into compelling stories for interpretation of analyses and data visualization.
Conduct quantitative research and as-is/to-be process mapping along with gap analysis to come up with analyses/assessment to improve business processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projects.
At least 3 years of experience in using data science to conduct hypothesis-driven research, preferably for AI or in the analytics industry.
