Are you a qualified and proficient Data Scientist with the proven ability to drive business growth & operational efficiency? We need your skills to develop and deliver diverse data products across the company—including, but not limited to, recommendation engines, predictive models, business-logic automation and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Data Scientist, you will apply data mining & statistical analysis techniques like hypothesis testing, segmentation and modelling to analyze large volume data in order to drive business optimization & enhance product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Functional
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and generate business insights relevant to business goals.
- Maintain complex data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Use emerging technologies such as machine learning & AI and advanced programming to derive insights from large datasets.
- Apply data science, mathematical and statistical techniques, and cognitive/decision science to drive business intelligence reports for management.
- Co-develop research plans, implement models and monitor outcomes by collaborating with different departments and business stakeholders in order to help shape the research approach and potential output.
- Conduct market/industry characteristics analysis, competitor assessment, trend analysis, demand forecasting, regulatory reviews, demographic assessment, macro-economic analysis and benchmarking for datasets received.
- Leverage the data received from the data analytics team and use them in conjunction with current organizational dynamics to develop transformational business intelligence solutions.
- Work with content developers to translate research insights into compelling stories for interpretation of analyses and data visualization.
- Conduct quantitative research and as-is/to-be process mapping along with gap analysis to come up with analyses/assessment to improve business processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in using data science to conduct hypothesis-driven research, preferably for AI or in the analytics industry.
