Digital Adoption & Capability Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Manager to support the successful adoption of digital solutions and business transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement adoption and change enablement strategies to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and maintain practical change management resources, toolkits, and knowledge assets for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Create and coordinate communication and engagement activities to increase awareness and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with Learning, HR, and business teams to develop training materials, learning journeys, and onboarding resources.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance change effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development, or Employee Enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
  • Experience developing learning content, communication campaigns, and user adoption initiatives within digital projects.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
