A leading international organisation operating in a highly regulated environment, delivering complex digital and operational transformation programmes. The company is currently seeking a senior profile to lead large-scale initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between business, IT, and security stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment between business and IT/security teams to manage operational impacts under strict service level agreements
  • Lead and guide large initiatives through governance frameworks, ensuring prioritisation and stakeholder engagement
  • Define and structure initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Establish roadmaps including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and delivery coordination
  • Monitor progress using key performance indicators and report to senior stakeholders and governance bodies
  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimise processes, enhance coordination, and increase efficiency across teams

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong experience in managing large-scale initiatives within an Agile environment (5+ years)
  • Solid understanding of IT environments and information security principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Proven ability to prioritise and make decisions in complex environments
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
