We are supporting a key industrial client in the optimisation and coordination of manufacturing activities within a complex subcontracting environment.
The role focuses on improving processes, ensuring production continuity and coordinating external partners.
Responsibilities: · Coordinate subcontracted industrial activities and ensure alignment with production objectives · Manage engineering changes and ensure proper implementation across industrial documentation · Monitor performance through KPIs and support project governance (PMO activities) · Contribute to the optimisation of production flows and industrial processes · Update and maintain technical and industrial documentation within PLM tools · Challenge and support external partners to improve efficiency and delivery performance
Qualifications and Skills: · Proven experience in industrial project coordination or manufacturing environments · Strong understanding of production processes and industrial workflows · Experience managing engineering changes or technical updates in production context · Familiarity with PLM tools (or similar industrial documentation systems) is a plus · Ability to work with external partners and manage multiple stakeholders · Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
